The Senate will be voting on this bill very soon. This bill will allow law enforcement to find those who are sexually abusing children as young as infants and posting videos on the internet. The criminals need to be located, prosecuted and put in prison where they belong. I was HORRIFIED at Oprah's show yesterday when they showed streaming video of children still in diapers being abused. Working in mental health I can tell you any form of sexual abuse torments people for a lifetime. Let's pray the Senate passes this bill quickly - before they recess later this month and the people who need it will have the funds to track these criminals down before they can harm another innocent child.
